Is there a registration process for the picnic?

What should I wear?

Will I have a reserved seat?

Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to sit with a group, we recommend arriving together.

Do I need to be born in Southwest Florida to be a member?

No, you do not have to be born here to qualify for membership.

Is there a fee for membership?

There is no membership fee. However, we sell food tickets for $10 each, which helps subsidize the meal cost of $17, thanks to our generous donors. The proceeds from food sales support the annual picnic, so please consider purchasing a meal ticket.

Can I bring outside food?

We kindly request that you do not bring outside food, as the sale of meal tickets helps fund the event each year.

What time does the event start?

The picnic begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. Lunch is served at noon, followed by a short program recognizing high school classes, donors, and more.
